"How, Then, Shall We Live" Rev. Wayne Muller

Rev. Wayne Muller introduces his book, β€œHow, Then, ShallΒ  We Live?” (which we’ll be studying for Adventures in Faith 2015)Β  guiding us to begin delving into the questions that will bring us our much needed answers from within.

Wayne Muller is an ordained minister, psychotherapist and best-selling author. A graduate of Harvard Divinity School, he has spent the last twenty-five years working closely with some of the most disadvantaged members of society. He founded Bread for the Journey, a national, nonprofit charity serving the poor and underprivileged.

In this book, Muller's offers four questions on which to meditate:

β€’Β Β Β  Who am I?
β€’Β Β Β  What do I love?
β€’Β Β Β  How shall I live, knowing I will die?
β€’Β Β Β  What are my gifts?

How often do we allow ourselves to live in the question?Β  Without pushing for the answer, without even assuming that there is one right answer?Β  But asking, with the intent of listening for the many shades of response we find, through the Inner Voice of the Divine, guiding us to true understanding?Β  And, we don’t need to ponder these questions alone. Join an in-home study circle to delve even deeper into these questions.

Wayne Muller will be our guest speaker on September 13th for Sunday Service.
