Come sit with us as we journey together to the heights of consciousness, explore the potential of meditation, and most importantly - join to meditate as a group - which we believe offers the greatest benefits of all.  

All traditions welcome. All experience levels and beginners welcome.  Chairs provided or bring your own cushion.

Class Schedule:

Doors: 5:15

Check-ins: 5:30

Technique of Day: 5:40

Doors Locked & Meditation begins: 5:45-6:15

Short Astrology Reading/1 Tarot Card pull for the group/Spiritual Discussion: 6:15-6:30

Session Ends: 6:30pm

(We often stay and discuss spiritual matters for a few minutes afterwards.)

This group meets every week at Unity Santa Fe but there may be some days off throughout the year for holidays etc. so please check our Calendar for updates.
