Our Social Action Team is sponsoring a service opportunity here at Unity Santa Fe, called Care and Share, as a way of blessing others in our local Santa Fe community.
By talking with local social service organizations, we've learned what some of the greatest needs are in our community.
Each month, we are highlighting one specific need and offering the opportunity for you to donate items to fill that need.
BACK TO SCHOOL
Yes, school will be starting in August, and kids without homes need to get ready for it too. For the month of July, we're collecting SCHOOL SUPPLIES that will be distributed to these teens by the SANTA FE YOUTH SHELTER. These are teens, not younger kids, and they need things like:
ITEMS ACCEPTED THIS MONTH:
• Pens
• Pencils
• Fine-point markers
• Colored markers
• Highlighters
• 3-Ring binders plus paper
• Composition book
• Drawing paper
