Every second Thursday of the month!
Recommended donation: $10
Bring your drum! Let the joys of community, music, and rhythm be a celebratory break in your month. This ancient, multicultural tradition holds so many health benefits, physically and emotionally.
Ash brings in the shamanic aspect, an animistic way of working with instruments as beings, not things, who are our partners for the evening.
I do have a few loaner drums, if you want to try it out before getting your own. :) No prior experience necessary, every night is its own special creation based on who attends.

If you would like to hang around for the Shamanic Journey Circle after, you are more than welcome. Please ensure you already know how to journey -- there is a workshop on every 4th Thursday of the month.
