All traditions welcome. Suitable for all experience levels - beginners and advanced.  

Join us as we journey to the heights of consciousness, explore the potential of meditation assisted by a daily selection of esoteric and traditional techniques, and join to meditate as a group - to augment our meditation practice and bring that increased awareness, elevated vibration, and mystical presence even further into our daily lives.  And especially when alchemically paired with astrological insight, this meditation helps us to align more effectively with the present moment in spacetime, and find ourselves exactly where we need to be. 

Each day our meditation topics are centered around the Mayan Day Sign of the calendar day from the ancient spiritual calendar of the Maya, ie the Tzolkin (or Cholqij').  In addition to our meditation practice, Brendan offers a unique and inspirational update for the collective including Western, Chinese, and Mayan Astrology, Human Design, and Numerology  as well as a special "Light Seers" Tarot reading specifically for those present.

A transformative Partial Solar Eclipse this past weekend along with Monday's Equinox shift the energy greatly and prepare us for a transformative and wild ride through to the winter, which poses the challenge of forcing us to arise our most sophisticated level yet in terms of our approach to our lives and challenges.  It is through the embracing of said difficulty that opens up tremendous support in doing so, to the point that we may be able to surmount said challenges altogether, though not without a very interesting and potentially dramatic journey.

Doors Locked: 5:45

Pranayama (Breathing Practice) begins followed by Meditation: 5:45 - 6:15

Astrology Reading/Tarot Card pull for the group/Spiritual Discussion: 6:15-6:30

Session Ends: 6:30ish  (We often stay and discuss spiritual matters for a few minutes afterwards.)
