Karen Cook, a transdimensional channel from Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been channeling the energy of Benu, the Archangel Gabriel, since the age of 3.  She has spent many years refining her ability to raise her vibrational level to meet Benu's.  Karen allows Benu to bring his energy and persona forth through her body so that we may experience his energy first hand in human form.  Benu is here to bring the power of unconditional love back into our lives with wisdom and great humor.  

The workshop is 3 hours in length with the first 1 ½ hours devoted to Benu's teachings about the topic and the last 1 ½ hours set aside for Benu to answer non-personal questions of the audience.  Questions can be on any philosophical, spiritual or current event topic.
