No prior experience necessary! Come as you are, all are welcome in sacred Circle together.
We will gather and ground with the drum, rattle, singing, and dancing together with Circle Songs passed down through the ages.
I have 3 drums and a few rattles people can borrow, if you don’t have one yet!
Then we will do a collective shamanic journey together. I will decide and assign the intention of each meeting, based on feedback from the group in attendance. If you don’t know how to journey, we will ask you to please drum for us!
Then there will be a talking piece ceremony for sharing at the end. This is not a course, so those who wish to learn how to journey are welcome to attend my Roots of a Shamanic Practice course.
