Based on our work in Phases I & II with Gregory Rouillard, a Transition Team was formed to take the Phase III outline Gregory laid out from our responses and use it to create a robust Ministerial Transition Plan that is ready for implementation. (Link to the Phase III Outline to be posted soon.)

In Phase II of our work with Gregory Rouillard, we brainstormed responses to the question, Given the list of values / needs / qualities of life generated in Phase 1, what specific strategy ideas will bring these qualities to life? (Phase II Report)
March 12 & 13, 2021 – Discovering What Matters: Phase I
Working with Gregory Rouillard, founder of Way of Community, we participated in workshops to brainstorm responses to the question, Whatever strategy we decide on for our ministerial transition, what values / needs / qualities of life do we want it to serve?
