Join us for a transformative class based on Debbie Ford's classic book, The Dark Side of the Light Chasers where she reveals a powerful truth: The parts of ourselves we've been taught to hide or deny—our so-called Dark Side—are often the keys to living a more authentic, empowered life. By rejecting these aspects, we limit our full potential; but when we shine a light on our shadow, we discover hidden strengths, wisdom, and freedom.
With compassion and insight, Debbie shares inspiring personal stories, transformational guidance, and practical exercises that help you embrace the totality of who you are. You'll learn how qualities you once labeled as "bad"—like selfishness, anger, or envy—may actually be essential tools for self-care, boundaries, and personal growth.
