In my morning journaling I sometimes just ask my Divine Voice of Love and Light a simple question. “What would you have me know today?” This was my answer recently…
- Be alive in the present moment.

- Be available to the frequency of love for yourself and others.
- Be fresh, made new, open to the possibility for expansion.
- Be creative and sincere with your self and your desires to live and love peacefully.
- Introspection on the field of life, the past, present and future you want to emphasize, not what others want for you but what you want for yourself is how to be grounded in this present moment.
I then got this acronym for the word PRAYER. The word Prayer may have confusing interpretations for you. It used to for me. It used to have connotations of pleading and begging for God’s intervention. This is the method for a prayerful meditation that I was given to use Prayer as a way of finding my Inner Peace.
P - Pause, in the midst of the sea of thoughts you are having and breath
R - Reflect, on this now moment or the need you have right now
A - Allow, the Divine to come in to your thoughts, whatever that represents for you
Y - Yield, or surrender the ‘what is’ and yield to the help that is available
E - Expand, by becoming aware of your breath to come into the present and know all is well
R - Release, your concern to the Divine knowing that all is in Divine Order and already handled
